I'm Kaisa, and I returned to Estonia in 2022 after a decade in the UK corporate world, navigating intense boardrooms. It's an exciting but demanding world, one that taught me the importance of self-care amidst stress.
Yet, I'm more than a facilitator; I've battled overwhelm and stress. Just a couple of years ago, daily stressors and triggers drained my life of joy and creativity.
